The Periscope, the streaming app of Twitter content, is about to come to Android. The application will have many of the features that we already find in the version for iOS, but also bring some unique to the operating system from Google.
So the version of Periscope for Android will allow more granular control of notifications and functionality ‘return to the issue’, which will help users return to the stream after it has been interrupted by a call or message, for example.
According to the Engadget , notifications settings will allow them to activate alerts for times when users start followed a broadcast on straight, and this option is global and can not be individualized – ie alerts work for all the people that follow or you are not active for anyone.
The app will be available for devices with version 4.4 or higher Android.
