This is what indicates a study by Duo Labs. About 32% of Android users still have the 4.0 version of the system, or an older version yet.
When is a new version of Android released by Google, it is normal the more attentive users and demanding wanting to know if and when can update your smartphone, but in most Android phones, this update never comes.
This is a big problem, and I’m not talking about people not having access to the innovations presented by Giant of searches every new version, but the security flaws that people with older versions are exposed.
From time to time some system errors are discovered, possible security breaches are found and the updates, both Google and terminal manufacturers, have solutions to these security problems, but people with older smartphone are not receiving updates, then become vulnerable.
In the chart above can refer to the percentage of people using each version of Android OS and iOS and draw their own conclusions
