The terrorist group calling itself the self-styled Islamic State, aka Daesh or Isis, has its own messaging application made for Android.

This is why? Because the terrorist group formerly wore mundane applications like Whatsapp, Telegram and other media like Facebook, etc. But now since groups such as Anonymous and other institutions go to combat this type of online crime, Daesh was forced to change the communication platform.

They were expelled from earlier platforms and then had to create its own application where they were not discovered / spied. For this use Android, since they can spread the application and can install it in the equipment even if they do not come stores such as Google Play. IOS this is not so easy, since only the App Store applications can be installed.

An organization that monitors and combat terrorism on the Internet, called the Ghost Security Group (GhostSec), discovered this such application that Daesh uses and also saw that the app is protected with encryption, but less secure than for example the encryption using Whatsapp.

The application can be found in the confines of the Internet, more particularly in the Deep Web, this network that is used for online crimes practices
