There are strange tests that brands do to test their products. The aim is only one, test the loyalty of users to brands.
Facebook, the largest social network of the Internet, was last in tests with your Android application. The aim was also to measure the loyalty of users and see what would abandon its application.
These tests are already completed for some time and it is now known that they intended to measure only and only the users of resilience and their loyalty to this network.
According was discovered, these tests created problems in the use of the application Facebook, impossible that this could be used by many and long periods of time.
Even with all these adversities, and second some elements attached to these tests from Facebook, users no longer return to the application.
Interestingly, and what was seen in many real cases of the tests it was to change the application’s users to the mobile web version of Facebook.
These users preferred to adapt to problems and choose other means of access rather than simply abandon network temporarily or more permanently.
What’s the point of these tests?
In addition to the obvious loyalty tests and behavior of users, these changes which were caused deliberately sought to evaluate the possibility of Android users to exempt Facebook applications.
These were more extensive testing and intended to measure the dependence that Facebook has Google and prepare it for a possible conflict between these companies and the removal of the Play Store applications.
There are no plans for any of these scenarios, but Facebook wanted prepare for a less bright future and that does not depend on Google, either through direct installation of applications or via other applications stores.
How would your reaction to these tests Facebook?
