Microsoft wants to show that Windows Phone has so many apps as … – Tudocelular.com

Microsoft has released this week to Android, an application called AppComparison, which basically shows the Android users alternatives for applications that are available in Windows Mobile. So the main thing – and perhaps only -. Objective of this application is to show users how many of the applications already available for Android can also be downloaded from the Windows Phone

When install the AppComparison on your Android device, you do a search on your device to identify all installed applications. It then displays a list of the categories of applications that you show more interest, and then will show you all applications that are “equivalent” to installed on your Android, only for Windows Phone. The application attempts to get as close as possible to this comparison, though not always hit.

The site Android Police has done some testing with the new Microsoft application that did well in some suggestions, but missed others. As an example, it displays the HERE Maps for a user who has Google Maps on your Android device, and although you can find similar titles, the number of apps that we do not have the Microsoft store is great.

The Instagram, for example, launched a beta version of the application in the Windows Phone Store for a long time and even upgrade it with new features. The Twitter application follows this same line and it is incredibly outdated. Another example is the snapchat, which has no official application for Windows Phone; or even Google still has not released any application of any of its services for the Microsoft platform.

If you want to venture to the AppComparison and find out if Windows Phone really has so many applications (good) and Android, just download it free at Google Play and begin comparisons.
