Android 4.4 KitKat is still the most used of all – Portal Technology

The Google published a study graph depicting the correlation devices with Android mobile operating system, relating the extent of the percentage of facilities and versions applied. Data collection lasted for seven days and ended on November 2.

According to the chart, Android versions that occupy much lower positions, ie below 0.1% are not shown in . statistical

The number one position is for Android KitKat 4.4 occupying 37.8%, followed by 15% and 13.9% to Android Lollipop and Jelly Bean, respectively.

The latest version of Android, Marshmallow, occupies the penultimate position with a ranking of 0.3%, being the second least used after the 2.2 Froyo version.

It is worth recalling that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow was released recently, and that only Nexus and LG already have devices with the latest version of Android
