Samsung does not have a good reputation when it comes to operating system update their devices, “guaranteeing” a maximum cycle of 24 months. But of course as relying on independent developers that story will have a very different ending, complete with Marshmallow.
As it has been very common, it is the XDA forum that part of the first contract to bring Android 6 Marshmallow to the successful smartphone from the Korean manufacturer launched in 2012.
