The UMi has recently confirmed that their smartphone intermediate Plus would get an even more powerful version called Extreme, which would come with anything less than 6 GB of RAM and the new chipset Helio P20 from MediaTek. In addition to the manufacturing process of 14 nm, the new component stands out by the presence of eight cores Cortex-A53 clocked at 2.3 GHz and GPU ARM Mali-T880 MP2, which promises to deliver a performance chart quite interesting for the category.
As we have seen, the UMi Plus went through a full battery test to be put to the test the 4,000 mAh battery, where it was possible to confirm that it can be an option to be considered by those who do not want to have problems with the load before the end of the day. It seems that this is not the only novelty of the chinese company for its latest smartphone, as the company has posted a video on his YouTube channel with a quick hands-on of the device running Android 7.0 Nougat.
Check out the video below:
This only confirms the reports of the own UMi that the update to the new version of robozinho verde will be even in 2016 for their devices, which is something really interesting if we remember that several well-known companies such as Sony, LG, Samsung and Huawei will not be able to comply with a schedule as short. According to what can be seen in the video, the factor is probably decisive for this was the choice for an edition practically pure of the platform, and there is investment only in native apps such as the camera to include some extra functionality.
Unfortunately, not been given a concrete time limit for which the update is available via OTA to the users of the UMi Plus, being told only that his release would be initiated within a few weeks. In addition, we have not had the publication of the changelog for more detailed changes that will be made by the company, probably being found basically the same changes already seen in the version as a pure platform that has arrived with the new devices of the line Pixel.
If you’re not within specifications, the UMi Plus account basically with:
