Control your Android with your fingerprint reader – Follow

it Is increasingly common on Android smartphones, the presence of a fingerprint reader. In addition to the additional security they offer, these sensors may have other functions.

Although present in some equipment, there is now an application that gives total control Android the this sensor.

Fingerprint Quick Action

Smartphones like Honor 8 or Pixel of Google, among others, have sensors fingerprints that exceed the that of them would expect. Allow users to control the Android giving access to functions direct, as if they were shortcuts.

Not being a feature very common, many users want to have it on their smartphones, and the ease of control it offers. To meet this need, an element of the forum XDA created the app Fingerprint Quick Action.

The Fingerprint Quick Action is in a stage of development still very early, but it manages to give already some functions to Android. Guaranteed is the ability to open and close the area of notifications of Android, the connect and the disconnect of the screen (which requires root) and other features, all of them configurable in the application.

The gestures that are supported are only 2, being the touch and swipe fast. Soon will come support for new gestures, and consequently new features.

The Fingerprint Quick Action is not, for now, available in the Play Store so that to be able to install and test you will have to enable the option of installing applications from external sources. You can find the app at this link.

This little app brings to the Android and to smartphones with fingerprint sensors a different form of control, without the need to touch the screen.
