Samsung and Oppo processed by this bloatware on Android – Pplware

The amount of additional software that marks put on their Android devices is usually one of the first complaints arise. There are brands that are well known due to these situations and Samsung is the more applications you install.

But this scenario may be to change depending on a process that is now taking place in China. Both Samsung as the Oppo are being prosecuted for having too much bloatware present in their devices.

It is not normal these arise news coming from China, even more so related to consumer rights issues, but the truth is that Samsung and Oppo are being targeted processes in court due to the high number of applications (bloatware) to bring their equipment preinstalled.

A consumer rights agency has evaluated more than 20 devices from various brands and determined that two models, one from Samsung and one from Oppo, have too many applications installed on their base versions and that they can not be removed.

Models showcasing this are the Samung Galaxy Note 3 and the Oppo Find 7. In the case of equipment Samsung were found more than 40 applications and in the case of the Chinese brand equipment are over 70.

To make matters worse some of these applications may engage in gathering data from users.

The lawsuits were filed after they received several complaints from consumers and the regulator wants the marks indicate the packaging of equipment the amount of installed applications and the amount of memory occupied by these. Still needs to be clear information on how the removal of these applications can be made.

Both brands now have two weeks to write and present their defenses, subsequently marked the dates of the trials.

This is a situation that is not normal in China and even in most other countries, where more and more brands install their applications on the devices. Not being an exclusive Android situation, this platform is that this problem is more significant.
