YouTube has confirmed that its application for Android and iOS systems are now able to play videos with 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second, a level of quality that came to the web version last October.

As TheNextWeb points out, most television content are filmed at 30 frames per second and films are only entitled to 24 fps.

Improving quality in the fluidity of the image to 60 fps satisfy, especially those who usually related content with video games that often need this requirement.
