No matter how many users twist the nose to the changes made by the manufacturers on Android, this is a measure taken to differentiate their competitive products. There is always a war to whom estrega the market’s best hardware, but this is not always enough. Have unique features, a more polished and easy to use interface will attract more consumers for that unit. With that in mind, we can not help but think of Samsung and LG who always try to bring something new to every generation by changing the interface elements and including new features. Apparently, Sony also plans to follow this path.

We know that the Japanese mobile industry walking a tightrope. With increasing decline in sales, the giant based in Japan need to take action. Currently, the company has always launching a new member of the Xperia Z line when there is something new in the hardware market. No matter how many criticize this attitude, it is defended on the grounds that the Japanese always want to have something new. Now the company will also invest in software, not just to update the hardware.

The Sony system brings milder changes on the Android when compared to TouchWiz or LG UI . The company revealed last week that it plans to launch Lollipop 5.1.1 for Xperia Z2 and Z3 further in July, but the same plan to start a beta project with the users of this latest model from the 27th of this month, going up to 13 September. All owners of Xperia Z3 can test the new Sony software that promises to give a good makeover at the interface still takes visuals premiered in Android 4.0 .

The idea is interesting and It aims to be something like what Google has done with the Android M . Those interested in participating should enter for a community to be created by the company on Google+. Each month, the company will release a new beta software, and participants may give opinions that changes need to be made. This may indicate that all the final changes will be incorporated into the Android M Sony to be officially released later this year. Since Android 5.1 will arrive later this month for some models of the company.

Unfortunately, the owners of Xperia Z3 Compact left out, and Sony did not reveal why it took such a decision. It seems that the company wants to test the novelty just a single device to not having to deal with a number of corrections to be made.
