Since the announcement of Android 5.0 Lollipop Pplware that has followed monthly evolution of numbers with regard to the adoption of this new version of the mobile platform from Google.
The statistics for February indicated that the Android 5.0 Lollipop was present in 1.6%, with March grown to 3.3%. April Android 5.0 Lollipop was currently 5% adoption but Android 5.1, released in early February, only records a share of 0.4%.
The adoption of Android 5.0 Lollipop remains very slow . As we reported, Android continues to dominate the market but fragmentation continues to not help the Google platform.
According to the data now revealed by Google, Android 5.0 Lollipop already runs in 5% of equipment, one growth “shy” given that in adopting to March stood at 3.3%. The chart now available accounts for the Android 5.1 Lollipop which is only present in 0.4% of devices.
Also noteworthy growth Android 4.4 KitKat, now for 41.4% (in March the figure was 40.9%)
