Anyone who has a clock with android wear can eventually pair it with your iPhone, there is already limited in choosing an Apple Watch to use a smart clock and all its features.

However, there are several reports which state that not all applications available for Android Wear work with iPhone ; this is due to the selective nature of the App Store.
