Google would be working on new navigation bar to … – Tudocelular.com

Last Thursday (23), the Android Police website got the first specifications of the new Nexus Sailfish, also known as S1. Now they arrive with a new rumor, claiming high level of reliability, on a change that will be present in the final version of Android. N: new virtual buttons

According to the source, Google plans to reformulate the bar navigation to deliver more animated icons that respond differently when they are touched by users. The first change is in colors icons circulate when you press and hold the virtual button for a certain time. The image below attempts to simulate this effect, but not fully show the intended change by the search giant.

The Android Police did not know whether it is changing will be part Google’s AOSP code, which will be released to the public and smartphone manufacturers, or if the novelty will be exclusive of the new Nexus to be produced by HTC. Anyway, it is interesting to see Google working on another makeover for Android navigation bar that does not receive changes since the Lollipop was released in 2014.

Remember that this change is only aesthetic and will come to complete the changes in the animations made by Google with Android N. the features of virtual buttons remain the same as before. Thus, even if the company release the change for all, this change will not affect the way you use the company’s system. We also have to remember that not all the manufacturers follow the changes made by Google, where many prefer to adopt own virtual buttons for Android.
