Android apps already run on Chrome OS – Pplware

Google has sought to integrate their operating systems, not just transposing its features, but mostly managing to use applications across the board.

With the idea to use the Android applications on Chrome OS , Google wants to extend the use of your store to new users. That moment has arrived and Android apps already run on Chrome OS.

 Chrome OS

Chromebooks are reinventing the personal computer made by Google, giving access to much cheaper machines and more capable. With an operating system that focuses only on the browser, you can remove all additional software components. Your weight is now in such great shape already exceeded sales of Macs.

With the arrival of apps from Android to Chrome OS, Google can achieve an objective pursued since 2014, when first presented this idea. The first model to receive this new feature is the ASUS Chromebook Flip, and most likely followed by Pixel 2015 and Acer Chromebook R11.

In these machines, the Android application store is now available and gives access all applications there are for now only dedicated to tablets.

 Chrome OS

in the last I / O, Google had given focus to this intention to be able to transport the applications from Android to Chrome OS, transparently and without any need for conversion.

in one of his sessions of the I / O 2016 a demonstration of what was already achieved this integration was made, and what was seen confirms now that he was close to being ready. See this presentation in the video below.

As other companies have been doing also Google managed to unite their platforms makes its application store and thus can give a cross experience, while can fill the gap of lack of applications, which in this case would be in the Chrome OS and its dependence on the internet.

Chrome OS is thus richer and with new applications available that all users know well of Android that use every day.
