An unofficial application for Android devices allows play PS4 in Remote Play anywhere as a decent internet connection.
In Google Play there is an official application from Sony that allows the Remote Play on smartphones and tablets Android Xperia brand, but who has other brands is excluded.
This application is basically a version of this official application for the other devices. The APK file can be downloaded at XDA Developers forum. The step by step instructions can be found in this video.
