Lollipop finally appears on the Android distribution chart … – Tudocelular.com

In January, Google launched its monthly distribution of numbers of Android, which showed another big month of growth for the Android 4.4 KitKat . Although this trend will continue in February with the latest figures released from the search giant, growth turned out to be much smaller. More importantly, however, is that a newcomer finally made an appearance.

Google has just posted its February the Android distribution numbers, which as usual is in a period of time 7 days, which ended today. The numbers are generated from devices that have contact with the Google Play Store , and show which version of the mobile operating system that is installed on those devices concerned. As a result, the February numbers show a small growth figures from January to February for Android 4.4 KitKat, with total January 39.1 percent , while in February showed 39.7 percent .

Android Jelly Bean really had a fall from one month to another, going from 46 percent , in January to 44.5 in February. The Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich also fell from 6.7 percent to 6.4 percent. As older versions of Android start to disappear from the chart, and while the KitKat continues to maintain his reign, Android 5.0 Lollipop officially debuted on the charts with 1.6 percent . While obviously not a huge number, anyway, this is already the beginning that shows the movement in the right direction for the latest version of Android, and this value will surely only continue to rise as new devices start be upgraded to Lollipop.

Your smartphone has already been updated to Lollipop, or still do volume for KitKat with its 44.5% market share?
