First smartwatch HTC will not have Android Wear – Tech & Net

The first smartwatch HTC, developed in conjunction with Under Armour, will have a sensor for shoes and your battery will have a life span of up to 3 days. Other information that has emerged in recent rumor is that the manufacturer will choose to use their own software instead of the expected Android Wear.

The HTC design team managed for the last time produce the most attractive Android smartphones that have been made to date and therefore would be expected the same for me first smartwatch. However, the more one has to find out about this new watch, it seems that will not be anything similar to what might be expected.

Initially it was expected that this smartwatch it came up as direct competitive Moto 360, with a top of the range device built with premium materials. His appearance was expected closer to a traditional stainless steel watch, instead of a small computer.

With the rumors that have been published in recent weeks it has become quite clear that this will be an extremely device focuses on control of physical activities and therefore is expected to be very “light” and tough.

According to theUpleaks, the first smartwatch HTC will have a flexible screen 1.8 inches, will be . resistant to dust and water (IP57) and have incorporated Bluetooth connection / GPS and ST Micro STM32L151 processor

Again,Upleaks said the smartwatch will have software developed by HTC – “RTOS” – not the famous Android Wear. This means it will not be compatible with some applications that have been developed for Android Wear, but it will have the number of basic functions already built in.

One of the positive points about the lack of Android Wear is that increase its compatibility, also including iOS devices.

None of this information was confirmed in an official way by HTC but theUpleaks has demonstrated over time that generally your data turn out to be confirmed with The final products.
