The idea is to facilitate the delivery of a protest or complaint in a more immediate, using the smartphone to make a complaint, but also expand the sharing of experiences among consumers, functioning as a forum.
With the application can also monitor the protests of other users and comment on them, in addition to being able to share the complaint on Facebook.
Note that the complaints do not have the legal treatment that is received by the queries associated with Deco, with individualized treatment, although serve to organize and analyze trends eventually address the issue in the aggregate.
It is also available to access information and advice from company experts that respond to issues relating to taxation, consumer, credit or rights.
The application is available for free on Google Play store and the App Store and does not require to be a member of Deco.
