Square Enix announced this month that will provide the first eight chapters numbered Dragon Quest for Android and iOS, starting with Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King. For those who are curious about the details of the adaptation, the Japanese magazine Famitsu released a video showing how to be editing for iPhone.
The game features the same graphics seen on the PlayStation 2 and requires the device to remain with the screen vertically. There is an analog to move the character on the bottom of the touch screen, and during battles menus are also displayed at the bottom of the touchscreen.

The first major change seen in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King regarding predecessors is in graphic style, which went to the cel-shading (closer to a cartoon) . In addition, important dialogues are dubbed, giving more personality to each character.
The game also allows the player to evolve the skills of fighter as it sees fit, and they are based on each gun that uses (three choices for each, or bet in combat unarmed – in this case, attacking with punches and kicks).
You can also create items and equipment by combining two or more “ingredients” in a magic pot, and the player can still participate in battles between monsters in a special area called Monster Arena.
