Microsoft updates Translator for Android and iOS smartphones

Microsoft has released a new version of the application Translator for mobile . According to the news site Engadget, the version of the application for Android, which uses the same translation engine Skype can now be used offline. However, users must download the language packs that are available.

Regarding the version of Translator app for iOS, users can already use the OCR engine (Optical Character Recognition) and since 2010 is used by the version of the application for Windows Phone.

Microsoft has already announced that the new features will arrive soon to application versions Translator for Android, iOS and Windows.
