How to update Android on Zenfone 5 – Globo.com

Step 1. On the Home screen Zenfone 5, touch the button to open the apps tray, then tap the icon “Setting”, represented by a gear;

Step 2. On the screen “Settings”, scroll to the bottom of it. Then tap on the “About”;

Step 3. On this screen, you will see some information such as the date of the last check and the current number of the release. To check for any available updates, tap “Check for Update”. If it exists, you will be informed of this. Then just do what you will be asked to update it. If not, you will get another message stating that your cell phone is with the latest version of Android (available for it);

Step 4. Another way to check for updates is touching the “System Updates” option in the “Settings” menu (Step 2). That done, simply click “System Update” to see if ASUS has released a update.
