Galaxy S6 with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow undergoes testing in … – Tudocelular.com

Earlier today we saw a new Samsung smartphone that list will be updated to Android Marshmallow soon. 12 models of the company have been viewed with a maximum term until June 2016. Among them we saw the Galaxy S6, something to be expected for the beginning of next year. We now have information that Samsung is really testing the new version of little robot, but not 6.0, but the 6.0.1 which was released for the Nexus line last week.

The news was found in test performed with the GeekBench benchmark. As can be seen in the image below, the Galaxy S6 running version 6.0.1 of Android managed the 1,442 point mark, when only one core is in use, and 5,076 when all eight cores Exynos 7420 are in full swing. This score is basically the same as ever, so it was expected that the Marshmallow not bring improvement here. – Since the GeekBench only measures the raw power of the CPU and chipset memory speed

As the Galaxy S6 receive the Marshmallow in January, as was to be expected that Samsung were performing some tests, this time with the new TouchWiz. It is good to note that the above model is the SM-G920F released worldwide. Thus, it is likely to be the first to rely on the news, while other variants will receive the update in the coming weeks. And as always with the flagship of the line Galaxy, Poland and Germany are always the first countries to receive a new update from Samsung.

The differences between Android 6.0 and 6.0.1 are few. Basically we have security updates, the addition of 200 new emojis and improved with the use ‘Do Not Disturb’. Anyway, it is interesting that Samsung will bring TouchWiz with the code as current as possible.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 is available in Kabum by R $ 1,999 . The cost-benefit is good and that’s one of the best models in this price range. To see the other 52 offers click here.
