Cortana digital assistant officially arrives for Android and iOS – IGN Brazil

After a while in beta testing, Microsoft officially launched the personal digital assistant Cortana is officially available for both Android, Google’s operating system, iOS, Apple, used in iPhones and iPads.

As with previous versions, Cortana users can create reminders, have details of flights and deliveries of online purchases, notifications, missed calls and more. There are no support for the Portuguese language. Anyone who has used the Siri or Google Now, the Cortana is not much different.

Of course, with Cortana being made by Microsoft for Windows 10 and of course, it has some advantages for Windows Phone that They are not in the version for Android and iOS. The possibility of changing settings and opening applications, for example, were left out.

Still, the voice command function “Hey Cortana” is not available on iOS, but you can use on Android. The Cyanogen OS, which also receives the app has “a more integrated experience,” according to publication in Windows Blog.
