A survey by security firm AVG with a million random Android users rose 10 applications consume the most battery on devices with the operating system. Check out the programs, the study said, draining the power of your phone or tablet:

App indicating the sacred Muslim prayer times
Three of the 10 apps on the list come installed on Samsung devices. Applications that are updated in real time as news also consume a lot of battery.
To ensure that the device has power until the end of the day, AVG suggests disable notifications for applications, determine a wider range of updates and limit the amount of data each app consumes when not in use.
