Niantic is considering putting the Pokémon to Go into the Android Wear – Observer

The news that the Niantic, the company responsible for the game Pokémon Go, would make the madness of the moment for the Apple Watch has left many users of the Android operating system disgruntled and disappointed with the choice. But everything indicates that this scenario will not be so definitive. During the conference TechCrunch’s Disrupt, the CEO of Niantic, John Hanke, said that it is "quite likely" that the game is released also for Android Wear as well as for other mobile platforms.

The expansion to other platforms can be a way for the company to maintain interest in the game for more time. Currently the Pokémon Go is one of the applications with the highest number of downloads in the first week as well as the fastest game to get 500 million dollars in revenue. Even so, recently, the company has seen the number of players who pay to play to reduce by about 79%, numbers that however no longer worried about the Niantic.

Drawing on experience and success with the game Ingress, Hanke revealed that ahead a number of additions to the Pokémon Go. The first novelty was the Buddy Pokémon, who arrived in Portugal on the 13th day of September. Allows the player to choose a pokémon to be next to the avatar, and, while walking, to go gaining candys of the same pokémon, that can change at any time.

When the transactions are completed around the world, the next news that players can look forward to are the events created by the company, where if you believe that you will be given the opportunity to hunt the rare Pokémon. In addition to events, waits also the functionality of combat against other players without the need to go to a "gym".

John Hanke also said that the current version of the game is just "the tip of the iceberg" of what he has planned for the Pokémon Go.
