When it announced the Android Wear 2.0, at the last conference I/O, Google showed that I had plans too ambitious for this its operating system dedicated to the wearables.

With versions of the tests are already launched, Google announced that the launch of Android Wear 2.0 has been delayed, now expected for early 2017.

Without that had been advanced a certain date for their arrival, many had expected that the next version of Android Wear to be released soon, probably on the same day that the new smartphones of the brand would be launched.

But the truth is that with the arrival of the third test release of this operating system, Google decided to clarify a little more out of their time windows and show that there still will be this year that smartwatches are going to receive the new version and all the news that is going to bring, being now the beginning of 2017 as the time that will be released.

This new version is being tested in two smartwatches. For now, only the Huawei Watch and LG Watch Urbane can install the new version and thus experience what it is to be developed.

the latest news from The 3rd Developer Preview of Android Wear 2.0

This third test release of Android Wear 2.0 brings a new weight to this operating system. For the first time it is possible to access the Play Store directly from the smartwatch, and then install the new applications. The search applications may be made by voice or with recourse to a new keyboard that is present.

This direct access to the Play Store comes to reinforce the willingness of Google to make the OS of their watches regardless of the smartphones and even apps, can be used in an isolated manner.

Though will not be available for all smartwatches, the 2.0 version of Android promises to be the biggest update ever of this operating system and bring news that many expect.
