Google celebrates the anniversary of Android, and prepares a surprise for … – androidgeek

for eight years, the Android made its debut on its first smartphone, the T-Mobile G1, or HTC Dream as it was known in the USA. Since then a lot has changed, both at the level of software, as hardware, as were the 22 October 2008. Google announced that it was working on its own mobile platform on 5 November 2007, so that many claim that this is the anniversary date of the Android. However others claim that the anniversary date is the 24th of September, for it was on this day that it was officially announced the first smartphone with the operating system of the robozinho verde.

And it seems to be that the official date for the Google, because it seems Google has "something sweet" to the users, who will arrive tomorrow to celebrate the occasion.

The official twitter account of Android on Twitter, posted a Tweet hinting that tomorrow will come something for the users: "We’re whipping up something sweet for the big day tomorrow." > > > > Followed by an emoji of a birthday cake and the hashtag #android. The image that is part of the Tweet, it shows the mascot of the Android to the side of Marshmallows, some of KitKat and some Nougat. Still appears the mascot for the "hit" some eggs in a bowl.

there is No mention of that Google may be preparing for tomorrow. Let’s stay attentive to the Twitter account of Android, to see what they have for their users. Something intriguing, is the fact that in the photo will not be anything related with the Lollipop, and for example be the KitKat.
