in July last year, the news that a bug left exposed 95% of Android users caught everyone by surprise. Apparently resolved, the Stagefright failure back in the news after a group of researchers discover a new way to exploit it. The new version is called Metaphor and can act consistently to compromise your gadget with the Google mobile system.

Researchers NorthBit developed a proof of concept and managed to create a method using procedures that go back and forth to break down the defenses of the Android . For hackers can exploit the flaw would suffice you access a site with an MPEG-4 video created exclusively for this purpose. Right now, the malware is able to break into your device and send data stored on the device back to the attacker. The process can be repeated several times until your various information to be captured by the attacker.
