THE HP is a trademark there are already very well known in the computing market and, more recently, decided to venture into the mobile world with their HP Elite X3. This large equipment has the operating system Windows 10 Mobile, an OS that is increasingly on the decline, perhaps by the constant anguish of its users due to lack of applications.

For the future, the American brand has already planned the presentation of more a new smartphone with Windows 10 Mobile, the moment that that should happen in the MWC 2017. This done, the HP will be to build the equipment of the average range, with a greater focus to the consumer. But as I said previously, the mobile OS from Microsoft is not going through its best phase and, then, for that reason you have the HP decided to opt for Windows instead of Android?
According to the own brand, she chose the Windows for the increased safety it offers compared to the Andorid and even by some unique features. Speaking in the first place, the issue of security, it is natural that the most popular operating systems are more subject to security breaches. Given its larger number of users, the more easily a malware or virus can spread, hence the choice of those that develop.
When HP decided to pursue the path of smartphones, they wanted to develop something that could deliver to its user productivity, and in this case Windows leads to the best face to the Android, once more. It is here that come into play such unique features, such as the universal apps and Continuum, which allows the user of a compatible smartphone to make it into something very close to a PC with Windows.
These were the main reasons HP decided to Windows, but there are a other number of reasons why Android could be a better choice. One of them, and perhaps the most influential is the abundance of applications that the OS of Google has at the moment and that seems to be one of the most important points at the time of choosing a new smartphone.
As we always say, only you will know which best suits your needs. Certainly for some of the Windows 10 Mobile is the better choice, while others would fit better within the world of Android or iOS. The market, fortunately, is filled with options for all tastes and if Windows is the one that most calls for it, the HP is at this moment one of the best choices that you can make, although here in Portugal the HP Elite X3 is not officially launched.
