The release of updates for Android devices is a theme that all know to be difficult to address. Google periodically updates their operating system, but few are the brands that release those same updates for your equipment.
With the Android Nougat, Google hoped to be able to change this scenario and seems to be able to. Huawei is the latest brand to embark in this movement, and it already has the Q9 and Kill 8 to receive the Android Nougat.
The Huawei had already promised to brief the Android Nougat would come to some of their latest equipment. With some testing programs already underway, notably with the P9 Lite everything seemed to be routed to that soon this new version was released to users.
But the chinese company decided to anticipate this release and, according to some advanced information, the Android Nougat is already being launched for two of the most emblematic equipment of Huawei, the P9 and the Mate 8.
This new version is not limited to bring only the Android Nougat, but it also brings the latest update of EMUI, which now moves to version 5.
This is still not a global launch, and for now Huawei to provide the update via an OTA for chinese users. It is expected, however, that very soon will be expanded to other markets, including the Portuguese.
With this update the Huawei fulfils a promise which he had made. During two years the brand will ensure your equipment updates Android and security.
The arrival of Android Nougat should not be limited to these two equipment brand, is expected to brief the arrival for other models, that as much success they have had in our market.
