Netflix is already available in the offline mode for iOS and Android – SAPO Tek

Five months after the TeK have reported that Netflix could make its contents available in an offline version, the streaming platform joined finally this option for the mobile operating systems of Google and Apple.

The announcement was made by the company on Wednesday, and the feature is now available to all users of the service. Unlike the mobile version, the site Netflix is still not allows you to download movies and series and has not made any comment in relation to the hypothesis.

The content is available to download on the site, there are still few, but it is almost certain that the group can grow to the extent that the company is negotiating permissions with publishers and distributors.

As was noted in may, this is one of the last streaming services providing films and series offline after Amazon Prime, one of its biggest competitors, have integrated the possibility at the end of last year.

Keep in mind that to see the option of “download” available in your application you will need to update to the latest version.
