The application Hole19 and the game Racoon Escape won the prizes Aptoide, which were awarded in Lisbon last week. The platform that helps the golf lovers and the game that allows the user to help a raccoon to overcome several challenges won, each, 10 thousand euros in prizes.
For Paul three Hundred, the leader of the Apotoide, said in a statement that "the success of this initiative opens the doors to that this is only a first edition and it is a huge honor to participate actively in the creation of a stage for developers to Portuguese for several years".
In category of applications, the Storyo came in second place thanks to a tool that allows you to create a narrative from the place and the date of the photos taken with the smartphone. The third place was divided between the Success – the platform that manages intelligent devices via remote control – and the Tradiio – the application that allows investors to help launch new talent.
In category of games, the Smash Team, created by Bica Studios, and the Idle Town occupied respectively the second and third places.
The Aptoide assigned about 35 thousand euros in prizes to the 20 finalists projects.
This startup technology has reached the financial balance in the operation in 2015 and has already grossed over two million euros. With over 20 million active users per month and, in three years, you want to get to the thousand million of equipment throughout the world.
The Aptoide account with a total funding of close to five million dollars (4,59 million euros), after having closed at the beginning of this year a round in Series A of $ 4 million.
