the novelty of video calls still is not working properly, but is now available on the Android test version (v2.16.80).
the video call option is already present in WhatsApp interface and being selected shows users two options, or making a call audio or a video call.
when selected one of these options is an error message still appears, showing that the service is not yet available.
Since this is an option that is controlled from the side of the service can be activated at any time by WhatsApp , marking the start of testing this new feature.
