Android continues to grow and Apple sees its numbers down – AndroidGeek

While the Android continues to be increasingly the market leader, Apple is losing its share in the world’s top smartphone markets. The new release of the company, the SE iPhone, can help improve the numbers in China, given that the premium devices represent only a small part of the local smartphone market. In the five largest European markets, including Germany, UK, Spain, Italy and France, the share of iPhone fell 1.8%. Where Windows Phone also lost a considerable amount of 4.2%, while Android has gained an impressive 6.7%.

in the uS, Apple lost 0.5% compared to the months of 2015. the data show that sales of iPhones accounted for 38.3% of all smartphone sales in the United States during the period analyzed. Windows Phone, Microsoft lost 2.2%, while Android has gained 3.3% and accounts for 58.9% of smartphone sales in the country. In conclusion, the Kantar report shows that Android is increasing its share in the world’s smartphone consumer markets. Meanwhile, both Apple and Microsoft have found it difficult to expand sales of its devices and expand the reach of their operating systems.
