Samsung will not update the Galaxy E7 to the newest version of the mobile operating system from Google, at least that’s what the Korean manufacturer made it clear in an answer to a question from a user in the UK .
Interestingly, users of Samsung Galaxy E7 smartphones and also the variant Galaxy E5, both released in Brazil in February, were waiting for the update to Android 5 Lollipop sometime this second half of the year . But it seems that not everyone will have the happiness of having an upgraded system.
As we see above, in a message on Twitter, the official Samsung profile UK says he does not like to disappoint customers of the brand, but the Galaxy E7 will not receive the Android Lollipop . A strange detail is that the Galaxy E5 which has almost the same hardware E7 model, has started to receive your dose of upgrading to the new system, while the most robust version we see abandoned.
The Samsung not specify any reason not to update the Galaxy E7, but this is not a position that surprising considering the company’s history to cancel the update of multiple devices. In recent weeks the Korean manufacturer said it would not release the Android Lollipop for models Galaxy S3, Note 2 and Ace 4. Are you a user of any of these devices? Are you satisfied with the upgrade policy of Samsung?
