LG G4, G3 and G2 will be without Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, points rumor – Tudocelular.com

Google has presented the Android 6.0 Marshmallow officially the world, giving the opportunity for many manufacturers manifest conquering users by promising the update for their devices. LG is one of the great brands that could gain more attention with the release of new version of the green little robot system, but maybe users need to settle for a long period without news.

Rumors indicate that the models LG G2, G3 and the new LG LG G4, will be without updating to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, jumping directly to Android Marshmallow some point after this version is released to the public, which should occur by the end of the year. And this rumor has even more force if we remember that two months ago the LG itself confirmed that it has no intention of updating the LG G4 to version 5.1.1, leaving it at the current 5.1 to the next major version.

This is sad news for users of the aforementioned LG devices, mainly because already confirmed that the Android Lollipop in its early versions has serious problems with battery management. This and other problems are being solved just with version 5.1.1 of Android, as Samsung is demonstrating with updates to the Galaxy line S6.

About LG G2, the rumors also indicate that perhaps he remains without receiving any new update, with its cycle ended permanently, contradicting rumors about an update for the month of September. Ie the LG G4 would receive the Android Marshmallow sometime between late 2015 and early next year, while the LG G3 would have to wait a little longer. And you are a user of any LG device? What do you think of the update policy of the Korean company?
