For now, apparently, Microsoft is not with plans to launch the Edge browser for mobile devices running Android, unlike the virtual assistant Cortana, which is already in free beta for users of the platform.
Recently, the PCBeta website released a picture which shows a Google alert saying that a user logged into your Google account using Microsoft Edge on an Android device. This, of course, could give more momentum in the fact that the company would be working quickly to bring the browser to Android and iOS, but in reality things are not so.
What happens actually It is that this is a bug in the software of Google detection system that apparently seems to be corrected. Yes, if you randomly log in to your Google account using Microsoft Edge, Google may have sent you an e-mail stating that access was made from an Android device.
Microsoft are already aware of the problem and is fixing the problem, ie, it is very unlikely that you receive this e-mail because of this bug.
However, it is worth remembering that Microsoft had already declared that has “no plans” to bring the Edge to Android or iOS devices. The company, however, may change their minds over time and with the popularization of your browser estrou in Windows 10, but there is little information or details of this transition to outas platforms.
