Android Wear watches also can now be connected to the iPhone – SAPO Tek

“Android Wear now works with iPhone”. This is how Google revealed the news through a publication made on the official blog and that brings a vantage point for the clocks that use the operating system of the company to wearable devices.

Of all the devices that are on the market only the LG Watch Urbane is now compatible with Apple’s mobile phones. There are two names already confirmed – Huawei Watch and Asus ZenWatch. 2 – but are yet to hit the market

Google ensures that from now on all watches Smart launched with Android Wear will be compatible with iPhone models 5, 5c, 5s, 6:06 Plus they have installed iOS 8.2 or a later version.

To do this simply users set the iPhone to Android Wear application – which is yet to be released in the App Stores worldwide. – and make the device initial configuration

Notifications, customization of themes, access to Google Now cards and voice commands assistant are some of the features that are guaranteed.

Google makes it more comprehensive your operating system for wearables and decreases the distance for some watches that exist in the market and are already agnostics:. ie both support smartphones with iOS and Android
