The 5 Android smartphone brands most popular Brazil – Digital Look

It was held last week the first edition of GMIC (Global Mobile Internet Conference) in Brazil, specifically in São Paulo. The conference brought together investors, executives and entrepreneurs in the field of technology to discuss trends and the future of the mobile Internet industry.

During the event, the statistical laboratory Cheetah Global Lab revealed some data about the current scenario regarding the use of smartphones and applications among Brazilians. One of the company’s analysis shows which are the major mobile phone brands Android system operating in the country.

Based on data collected in early August, the Cheetah placed in a ranking the five companies with the largest share market (market share) in Brazil. . This number consists of the total smartphones sold by each company in a given period divided by the total number of smartphones sold in the country at the same time

Check out the top 5:

1 – Samsung (54.69%)
2 – Motorola (21.87%)
3 – LG (11,20%)
4 – Asus (4.15 %)
5 – Sony (2.94%)

Other brands such as Positive, BLU, Alcatel and Multilaser, were with less than 1% each in market share. Recalling that the survey considered only Android smartphones, excluding Windows (Microsoft and Nokia) and iOS (Apple).
