Currently, the data manager Android only allows you to set a spending limit where the user alert when your data package is nearly over. With Android Nougat will be possible to limit the use of your internet plan for apps that they are running in the background. However, you can add important applications such as WhatsApp, in an exclusion list so you do not miss new messages when the phone screen is off.

according to Android Central site, Google’s new algorithm is able to identify if your plan has navigation limit without requiring the user to report this to the Android. And the news will also work with prepaid plans, which usually rely on data packets even more limited. Anyway, Google has not yet come to review all the benefits of this new management, something that will only be detailed when Android Nougat is finally launched by the company
