The Telus, a Canadian telecommunications company, is pointing to 22 August the launch of this final version, which means that on that day we will do the presentation.
According to the information that Telus put in their support forum that day Android Nougat will start to be sent to Nexus that will be able to receive, probably starting with the Nexus 6P and 5X, extending later to other models.
What are the certainties of the release of Android Nougat
