Google has revealed that it will close the Together in Android Wear on 30 September. Says Android Police that the warning appears when using the latest version of the application of Android Wear when trying to set the feature in question.

In the warning message, technological Mountain View reports that “many of the best features of Together will be integrated directly” in the next update the Android Wear 2.0, which should arrive in the fall.
Together was launched just over a year and is known as the ‘answer’ to Google Digital Touch functionality of Apple Watch. The Together allows two users with Android Wear connect your devices and keep in touch directly via a special watchface.
