How to get the Android KitKat on your computer via a USB … – Tudocelular.com

KitKat x86 was launched today offering the Android system stably in its PC . So you can have the system installed in dual boot your machine or have a Live CD and use the Android via USB stick without need to install it on your computer.

Check out our tutorial to get the Android directly from a flash drive on your PC. Before we begin, you need three things:

First: a USB stick with at least 2GB of space . No matter the total size of the stick, but it is important to remember that it will be formatted during the process

Second:. Universal USB Installer application. This will be the tool needed to create a bootable USB stick with Android

Third:.. the image of Android x86 KitKat which you can download here

First step is to connect the flash drive on your PC, open the tool and accept the license terms.

Second step is to select the system to be installed. In this case the drop down menu to “Other Distro Alphabetical” and select Android in the list.

Third step is to select the ISO Android x86 KitKat you downloaded image.

Then select the pendrive where the system is installed and check the “We will format X: Drive to Fat32.”

You will receive the image below stating that this erase all content on your flash drive . If you are aware of it, click on Yes . If you want to cancel and back up contents of the flash drive, select not .

Now just wait for the contents of the ISO to be copied to the pendrive .

When finished just click Close . Reboot your machine and boot from the USB stick. When starting the Android system, you will four options . The first is to run the system without having to install on your machine, while the fourth option is for those who want to have the system installed on your computer.

The first option will not save any changes in the system. Then every time you login you have to enter your password Wi-Fi, Google account, etc.
