The HTC One is the flagship of the Taiwanese manufacturer, but still has Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, when the Galaxy S4 has been released with Android 4.2.2 . But the update will be coming soon.
some years now that HTC does not cast as well in the market with a smartphone that can really compete with top of the range Apple and Samsung, so it should not be long for upgrade to the latest version of Google’s operating system . According to an HTC Developer, this update should arrive within 2-3 weeks.
Who found this information was the site GottaBeMobile responded in a tweet by @ HTC Developper LlabTooFeR. The information is not official, so has to be taken with some suspicion.
The HTC One has a Super LCD screen of 4.7 inches with 468 pixels per inch (ppi), Qualcomm Snapdragon processor from 600 to 1.7 GHz, 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage, 4.7 MP camera with UltraPixel technology and image stabilization as found in the Lumia 920 and the latest ZTE Grand X2, 2300 mAh battery and Android 4.1.2.
