The LG Portugal had announced the arrival of Android 5.0 for the LG Lollipop G3 earlier this month of December, which did not happen. LG confirmed that Portugal was postponed.
The LG was even one of the first manufacturers to upgrade a device to the new Android 5.0 Lollipop, however the expansion internationally has not happened as planned for the day December 1.
According to official statement, the update need to review fully functioning and ensures that in the coming days, users have the new version 5.0.1 available for their equipment.
So if holds a LG G3, will miss only a few more days to get the update. Here is the official statement from the company on the subject:
“LG together with Google concluded that the new version of Android Lollipop software still needs to review some aspects related to its usability, so that all features operate in full. In the coming days we will have the 5.0.1 update with all the functions provided in the LG G3 device. “
