Smaller than the Raspberry Pi: DART-4460 runs Android and Ubuntu - Linux-BR

While the Raspberry Pi is a benchmark for the size, the features are different: the DART-4460 seeks to be a component of other products, and not try to be a general purpose computer ready to be connected by the end user USB devices and a TV right out of the box (unless this end user also has this plaque left in a drawer). But it has a 2-core ARM CPU, and runs Android 4.1.2 and Ubuntu 04.12.

“The phones of today carry much more processing power than many computers several times larger. But computers are also reducing in size, as shown by a new project from a company called Variscite, who developed a machine smaller than a dime.

The device, which looks a lot like the Raspberry Pi, tries to be even smaller. His name is DART-4460, and has an ARM Cortex-A9 and measures only 52 mm x 17 mm x 4.7 mm.
