GLOBE launches its application traffic news for Android - Yahoo

RIO – After success on the iPhone, with over 50,000 downloads in two months, VaiRio, application traffic news GLOBE, is now freely available for Android phones. With the application, users can follow the news of the neighborhoods through which daily and are informed in real time, the traffic situation in the nearby streets, within a radius of five kilometers, simply activate the phone’s GPS.

VaiRio allows trace routes and, from them, sends information about traffic conditions on the route chosen. The daily routes can be saved and the user can receive alerts on everything that happens in their paths or in neighborhoods that interest you, choosing the times and days for reporting on the traffic being sent. Alerts with the conditions of the routes appear as messages on the home screen of the phone, without the user having to open the application. You can also monitor specific traffic twitters, selected by the Editors of GLOBE. The VaiRio also offers tips cinemas and restaurants close to where the user is, options for anyone who is stopped in traffic.

For iPhone users, the VaiRio now presents new features and improvements made from the feedback from the user reviews in the App Store and also the area “Report a problem” within the application itself.

A new updated version is now available in the App Store and displays the time path routes already saved by the users and allows you to enable, disable or edit news alerts already configured. Other new features for mobile phones with the iOS operating system is the integration with Radio CBN Rio, which lets you listen to live radio and sound for notifications of news alerts, in addition to performance improvements.

VaiRio can be downloaded for free, both for Android and for iPhone. For Android users, simply access the Play Store. The VaiRio is available for versions from 4.0 operating system, with resolutions XHDPI, HDPI and MDPI. As for the iPhone, is downloaded from the App Store.
