Called

Apps Oops, the feature is built into Android 4.3, but is hidden by default. Still, a new app called Permissions Manager allows you to use the feature: a setting in the areas in which other apps on your smartphone or tablet have access.

Thus, you can selectively choose whether each app may – or may not – read your contacts know your location, whatever. You can download the app here, but only if you have Android 4.3. It is unclear whether Google has any intention to officially activate the feature and at the same time, he is extremely helpful, even that requires a third party app to work.

Android 4.3 brings new things, mostly behind the scenes: for example, supports 4K resolutions.
